ST8 Staples

Staples, round-top pins, and bio-stakes are generally used for applications with low to medium flows. The soil type and composition of the project area will determine what type of staple or pin to use. If the soil is generally soft and contains an abundant amount of topsoil then a longer 8” staple will be required. A harder more rocky soil with sparse top soil may require a shorter 6” staple or 6” round-top pin for a secure installation.
